One-line definition

A risk profile is the negotiation information describing someone’s physical state, psychological limits, experience, and acceptable risk.

Full definition

RACK says “risk-aware”; the risk profile is what the awareness is of. It collects what a partner needs to know before anything happens: medical conditions and medications, injuries and triggers, experience level, and, crucially, where this person actually draws their own risk line. Two experienced players can hold completely different profiles for the same activity, which is exactly what negotiation exists to surface.
